Bahrain Mirror: The Public Prosecution decided to extend the jail term of the president of Bahrain Center for Human Rights, the prominent human rights defender, Nabeel Rajab, for 15 more days pending investigation, stated the lawyer Mohammed Al-Jishi.

The Public Prosecution has accused Rajab for "spreading news and photos on the media that criticize the military measures currently undertaken by the Kingdom of Bahrain alongside a number of brotherly countries to consolidate legitimacy and stability in brotherly Yemen.

Rajab's posting question the legitimacy of the kingdom's participation, for the pictures were fabricated and taken from previous unrelated events that occurred in Syria and Palestine, and had no relations, whatsoever, with the on-going operations of the coalition forces in Yemen. Hishis photos also insulted a statutory body," indicated the Chief Prosecutor of the Capital Prosecution Nawaf Al-Awadhi.

It is to mention that the security forces arrested the President of Bahrain Center for Human Rights, Nabeel Rajab, on last April the 2nd after surrounding his home in Bani Jamra.
