WikiLeaks: Bahrain Requested Military Assistance from Morocco in 2012

Bahrain Mirror: A cable issued by the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Manama disclosed that Bahrain requested military assistance from Morocco in 2012. The cable published by the WikiLeaks website, dated 18/06/1433 H. (May 10, 2012) stated that "the Kingdom of Bahrain requested military assistance from the government of Morocco that in turn responded to the Bahraini request and sent an intelligence delegation to aid Bahrain."
The cable pointed out that this took place "in their regional office in Dubai". The cable sent to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs revealed that Mohamed Yassine Mansouri, the Director-General of Moroccan Studies and Documentation, was the source that provided information to the Embassy of Saudi Arabia in Manama.
