Bahrain Arrests Blogger who Requested Red Cross Help to Treat her Imprisoned Brother

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): Bahraini authorities arrested blogger Rawan Sanqour from her workplace over her social media activities.
The State Prosecutor's Office ordered detaining Sanqour for 30 days, pending investigation after charging with "contacting foreign organizations".
Sanqour called on the International Committee of the Red Cross to help guarantee the treatment of her detained brother, Ali Sanqour.
Ali suffers from fractures in the pelvic area and leg, as a result of a violent attack by special forces that took place on March 10, 2015. Since then he has not received treatment to help him move without crutches.
"Detainee Rawan Sanqour (...), was interrogated about her correspondence with the Red Cross concerning her brother," said prominent human rights activist Yousef Al-Mohafdha, noting that she was being held in a room isolated from the rest of the detainees in the Isa Town Prison for women.
While stressing that "the prison administration is harassing her," he further stated that "Rawan Sanqour was threatened and interrogated without an attorney."
