Abdullatif Al-Mahmood Says He Cut Ties with “International Union of Muslim Scholars” Last Month

Bahrain Mirror: Chairman of the Gathering of National Unity Abdullatif Al-Mahmood said that he submitted his resignation from membership of International Union of Muslim Scholars last October.
Al-Mahmood's statement comes one day after the Arab Quartet countries, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain and Egypt announced designating the union headed by Egyptian preacher Yusuf Al-Qaradawi as a terrorist organization.
