Bahrain Bans Boeing 737 MAX in its Airspace

2019-03-14 - 6:58 p
Bahrain Mirror: Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications Kamal Ahmed said that Bahrain decided to bar Boeing 737 MAX from using Bahrain International Airport or flying in the Kingdom's airspace.
The minister said that this is a precautionary decision, indicating that Bahrain doesn't have in its national record "Boeing 737 MAX" planes, indicating that only one company had used this model and then stopped it.
The Bahraini decision comes in line with decisions taken by most of the states that suspended this aircraft from flying in the airspace over safety concerns.
