Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Prime Minister's office denied reports circulated by some news websites regarding a phone call made between Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and an Israeli official.
The office stressed that what was published in this regards is baseless.
This statement came after a report published by the Israeli Channel 12 on Saturday in which it said that Mossad chief Cohen spoke by telephone in the past few days with the Prime Minister of Bahrain. The aim of the conversation was to move ahead toward Bahrain following the United Arab Emirates in establishing normalized ties with Israel.
It was remarkable that Bahrain News Agency (BNA) ignored the statement issued by the Prime Minister, given that it usually publishes every piece of news issued by his office.
