Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini security authorities investigated prominent Shiite Sayed Majeed Al-Mashaal over taking part in martyr Hussein Barakat funeral.

Al-Houra police station released Al-Mashaal after investigating him over participating in martyr Hussein Barakat funeral ritual.

Detainee Hussein Barakat died in prison after contracting Coronavirus and not receiving the adequate medical care.

Dozens of activists who took part in the funeral were summoned over pretext of not complying with health procedures and participating in unlicensed gatherings.
