Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): A number of citizens in Bahrain said (Saturday, January 15, 2022) that their Internet services were completely or partially disrupted at varying times from Saturday, January 15, 2022, amid full silence of local telecommunications companies and the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority.
According to workers at two local telecommunications companies, bad weather and heavy rains have affected a number of sites, resulting in partial interruptions or significant slow internet services, and sometimes even telephone services.
No one has accurate information on the extent of the damage the telecommunications companies have suffered, nor on the time these services will return to normal operation in Bahrain.
