Bahrain Mirror: The Criminal Investigation Department summoned the administrator of the "Disney Day Care" based on a notice filed against it by the Ministry of Education.
Information revealed that the ministry invoked in its notice against the day care a letter sent by its administrator "via mobile phone" to the ministry's early education official, who claimed that the administrator "expressed displeasure in her letter" at a letter she received from the ministry one day before Eid Al-Fitr reminding her to fully close the day care by June 2023.
The ministry claimed that the day care administration had previously talked about "not obtaining the required documents to renew its license" demanded by the ministry, while the nursery department confirmed that it is working to complete the procedures required for obtaining the license renewal within the deadline set by the ministry.
The day care administration appealed to the concerned authorities to intervene to prevent the closure of the day care, which hires Bahraini female employees who will as a result become unemployed.
