Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Society Against Normalization with Zionist Enemy said that opening of a restaurant owned by Palestinians holding Israeli nationalities in Bahrain "at this time is a breakthrough for our society and an exploitation and consolidation of the popularly rejected normalization agreement."
The society stressed in a statement on Friday (June 3, 2022) that such steps "intentionally or unintentionally serve the normalization project, promote it, contribute to the attempt to mix up the papers, confuse the efforts of the movement to resist normalization and an attempt to weaken it and find gaps in the popular boycott and an attempt to break the psychological barrier between the Bahraini people who adhere to their central cause and dealing with the terrorist entity and everything related to it, which is not accepted by our people inside Palestine."
At the end of the statement, the society stressed that it takes this stance "to close the door of Zionist penetration of our society", and that it bets on the Bahraini people and their intelligence in preserving principles, values and "the long history in order to free the land and man from the desecration of Zionists."
